All papers and book reviews must be submitted through the journal website. All submissions must be in English and follow the Chicago Manual of Style. Papers will be refereed using a double-blind process, so please include your name and affiliation only in the metadata submitted with your document. Further information can be found in the Submissions portal under the About tab on the main navgation bar. We recommend that you review the Author Guidelines and Submissions Checklist in the Submission portal for further policies on both articles and reviews.
Authors must register with the journal prior to submitting or, if already registered, can simply log in and begin the five-step process.
